□Deluxe / Suite Guests：Please use the 『LODGE Bldg』 Arrival/Departure point.
【 Service Notice for the Winter season 】
- Please do not board the shuttle bus while wearing ski boots or any hard-shelled boots.
- If you are bringing skis or snowboards on the shuttle bus, please make sure to store them in their own cases as to avoid damage during loading/unloading or whilst being stored in the trunk during the trip.
- Likewise, please make sure that your skis and stocks are covered to prevent them from being damaged when placed on top of each other.
- Please note that Snow scoots cannot be carried or stored on the shuttle bus.
- LOTTE ARAI RESORT will not be responsible for any damage.
