Our rental shop, the Salomon Station, offers you a wide variety of equipment.
Whether it be for adults or children, the high end or standard, for groomed or for free riding, Salomon Station has all the gear you would need for a safe and enjoyable session.
Salomon Station at ARAI MOUNTAIN RESORT is a member of the network of “S-B-B certified technicians” recommended by the Association of Japan Ski Promotion.
We provide equipment that has passed the ISO11088 assembly, adjustment, and inspection standards.

From the high-end to standard models, all the equipment at SALOMON STATION are handled with our qualified and professional staff
・Skis : 530 pairs for adults / 240 pairs for children
・Ski boots : 450 pairs for adults / 280 pairs for children
・Snowboards : 300 units for adults / 100 units for children
・Snowboard boots: 300 pairs for adults / 110 pairs for children
・Ski wear: 200 sets
Accessories such as helmets/coats, and new High-end models (skis/boards) are in store at SALOMON STATION.

Note
・Regarding the rental period.
- The base rental period is one day within business hours.
Please manage the equipment carefully while in use.
- Delivery and return must be done during business hours.
・Regarding rental fees
- All charges include tax.
- Children's fees apply from 12 years of age or younger.
[Ski Storage Service]
・Equipment eligible for storage.
- Skis, Snowboard, Boots and poles owned by guests staying at LOTTE ARAI RESORT.
- Skis, Snowboard, Boots and poles of guests on a day trip who have rented them for 2 or more days.
- Guests applying for the waxing / tune-up services of personal equipment and wishes to pick them up the next day
・Regarding storage fees
- ¥1,000 per set for both guests staying at the hotel and guests on a day trip.

Regarding rental products
Regarding changing of rental equipment.
- Ski/Snowboard, Boots, Wear : The size and type cannot be exchanged by any personal reasons, wishes or change of mind once used.
- High-end models : You can change models for ¥2,000 anytime during your rental period.
Regarding exchange of the types of the rental equipment.
- During the rental period, you can exchange the types of the equipment for ¥2,000 at a time (Ski ⇒ Snowboard, Snowboard ⇒ Ski)
About upgrades
You may upgrade your current standard model to a High-end one
- There will be an upgrade fee. (Standard ⇒ High-end)
For more information, please ask any of the rental staff or refer to the rental price list.
※ Please be advised that the upgrade cannot be reversed; there will be no refunds.
In the case there is a problem with rented equipment.
- If you find it difficult to handle equipment, please come to the rental office or the information center with the rented equipment.
- Please do not make adjustments by yourself.
- If you can't move or you can't come to either the rental shop or the information center, please let the the resort staff know.
In the case of theft, loss, or damage to the rental product
- Please bring a copy of your application form to the rental shop.

Damage ⇒ It depends on the amount of damage done to the equipment.

Standard Ski/Snowboard: ¥30,000, ¥20,000 for boots, ¥20,000 for wear, ¥5,000 for accessories.
