La Seine, which reopened in May 2017 on the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN’s fifth floor with a changed appearance, provides a premium-grade buffet menu along with fine dining service. Together with signature La Seine offerings like roast lamb, Fotiaogiang (Chinese soup) and smoked salmon, new menu items including steamed snow crab, the “Turkish-style pizza” lahmacun and truffle pappardelle add a touch of elegance to your meal.
