1. Check-in and Check-out Time
■ Check-in: 15:00
■ Check-out: 12:00
- There will be an additional charge for extending the check-out time.
- Please contact the front desk in advance to extend the check-out time.
2. Breakfast
■ Location: 18F C'CAFE
■ Hours: 06:30 to 10:00
■ Fee: Refer to the 'C'CAFE' page (click the 'C'CAFE' button below)
Adult: ￦30,000 / Pre-booking discount ￦23,000
Children: ￦22,000 / Pre-booking discount ￦18,000 (5 to 12 years old)
- Please make a reservation at the front desk at least a day before your desired date if you want to purchase at a discounted price.
- If you purchase breakfast in advance, you cannot cancel or get a refund on the same day.
- Busy hours: 08:00–10:00 / Entrance closing: 09:30

3. Fitness Center
■ Location: 2F
■ Hours: 06:00 to 24:00
- Free of charge for hotel guests.
- Sportswears and sneakers are not provided.
- Shower booths and personal lockers are available for use.
4. Disposable Products Not Provided
■ Disposable products such as toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, etc. are not provided to protect the environment.
■ Two bottles of water are provided free of charge per night.
■ Please visit CITY EXPRESS(vending machine) on 1F for additional purchases.
- Ice dispenser: located between rooms 15 and 16 on each odd floor
5. Smoking Prohibition / Expenses Caused by Damages
■ Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If you smoke in your room, additional ￦200,000 will be charged for the room maintenance, and the fire alarm will be activated in all rooms.
■ There will be an additional charge if you damage the room, lose items, furniture, bedding, or room keys.
6. Free Wi-fi
■ Connect to WI-FI network that says 'LOTTE City Hotel Daejeon', which doesn't require a password.
■ If you need to rent a LAN cable, please contact the front desk.
7. Parking
■ Parking is available for one vehicle per room on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of check-in.
■ Advance parking reservations are not available.
■ Additional vehicles will incur a fee (up to 15,000 KRW per day).
■ Since parking spaces are not assigned, re-entry may not be possible if the lot is full.
■ Due to limited parking space, we highly recommend using public transportation.
※ Nearby paid parking: Expo Science Park Parking Lot, Doryong-dong 3-1
(Parking fee: Up to 10,000 KRW for 2 days and 1 night / Customer's expense)
8. Laundry Service / Coin Laundry
■ Laundry service: Please make a request by filling out the laundry request form & envelope stored in the closet according to the pickup time.
- Please note that we do not offer laundry pickup or delivery services on weekends and holidays.
■ Coin Laundry: 2F, 24 hours / Washing machine, dryer, detergent vending machine, steam iron, hot plate iron available for use.
9. Elevator
■ Your room key is required for guest security when using the elevator.
■ You need to tap the room key on the sensor at the bottom of the floor buttons to move to the desired floor.
