L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE can store luggage at the front desk on the third floor for guests staying at the hotel.
A parcel service is not available for luggage items. Parcels can only be mailed in boxes.
When sending parcels, you must write down the reservation number and the name on the reservation so they can be stored. If this information cannot be found, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

Check-in at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (11:00 AM in July and August).

The In & Out desk is located on the third floor. Starting at 2:00 PM, you can use mobile check-in or a kiosk for faster service. If no additional payments are required, guests can use mobile check-out or drop their room key in the express check-out box on the first floor for a quicker check-out experience.

The self-service luggage storage at L7 HAEUNDAE is located next to the elevator on the third floor. You can store your luggage free of charge before or after check-in. If you wish to store your belongings for 3 nights or more, please speak to the front desk.

The discounted parking rate for hotel guests is KRW 5,000 per night. We will issue you a parking barcode at check-in. When exiting your vehicle, you must make your payment first at the payment kiosk next to the parking lot elevator in order to receive the discount. After prepaying, the discounted rate will apply until check-out and you may park and exit with your vehicle at any time.

The rooftop pool is located on the 19th floor and includes an all-season spa pool.
This free amenity is exclusively for hotel guests. (In July and August, the pool can only be accessed by guests who have purchased a pool package.)
There are three time slots during regular season, and four time slots during peak season. The last time slot is for adults only.
The pool will be closed for regular maintenance once a month (second Monday of the month), and the last time slot may be used by all guests accompanied by children.

All rooms at L7 HAEUNDAE have a smart TV. You can use the phone mirroring feature or log in with your ID and password to use streaming services. Please remember to log out before check-out.

The MAXI BAR vending machine is next to the elevator on the third floor. You can purchase simple beverages and snacks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

The laundry room is on the fifth floor (cash only). Wash cycle: KRW 5,000, Dryer: KRW 5,000, Detergent and fabric softener: KRW 1,000 each You can purchase detergent and fabric softener. There are three washing machines and three dryers. If you wish to use the hotel laundry service instead of the coin laundry, please contact the front desk.

The hotel has two wheelchairs and two strollers. If you wish to rent these items, please contact the front desk.

A 7-Eleven convenience store is open 24 hours a day, it is located on the first floor of the hotel.

One bottle of water is provided per guest per day. If you need more water, please use the ice and water purifier in front of room No. 9 on each floor.

The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.

Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.

Only suites and some other rooms can accommodate extra beds, and additional charges will apply. Please contact the reservation office for more details.

If you prepaid your reservation through a reservation agency website, no payments are required. If you chose to pay at the hotel, then you must pay for your accommodation at check-in in order to receive your room key.

L7 HAEUNDAE offers four different room views:
Town, Town Ocean, Side Ocean, and Ocean view. The Junior Suite Ondol room has the Ocean view option. Standard rooms are on floors 4-9 and Superior rooms are on floors 10-19. You can enjoy better views in Superior rooms.

Rooms are cleaned between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you wish to have your bedding changed, please place the gray card on your bed. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, use the DND (Do Not Disturb) sign in your room.

You can use the thermostat on the wall to set the temperature of your room. If the temperature is set three degrees above or below the current temperature, this will activate the air conditioner or heater and the indoor temperature will be adjusted.

The Talk & Play meeting room is a large event space with an area of 156 ㎡ and can accommodate up to 70 guests. You can choose to use the entire area or split up the space to make it more intimate. Talk & Talk has an area of 35 - 38 ㎡. It has two separate meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. (The rooms cannot be combined into one room)

The event spaces and meeting rooms are on the third floor.

The self-service Energy Studio at L7 HAEUNDAE is on the fifth floor and is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please bring your own shoes and workout clothes.

The Business Center is exclusively for hotel guests. It is located in the Cocoon Lounge on the third floor. There are two PCs and a printer available to use for a fee. Black and white: KRW 300 per page, Color: KRW 500 per page If you need to fax or scan documents, please speak to the front desk.

There are no changing rooms or showers at the rooftop swimming pool on the 19th floor. Please wear your swimsuit and bathrobe when visiting the swimming pool, and make sure you wear a swim cap or baseball cap when swimming.

The swimming pool will remain open in the event of rain.
However, for safety reasons, the pool may be closed without prior notice in the event of severe weather events, such as strong winds (13 m/s or faster) or heavy rain (17 mm/hour or more).

During the peak season (July and August), pool access is limited to guests who have purchased a pool package. During non-peak season, all guests may enjoy the pool free of charge. To access the pool on the 19th floor, simply provide your room number and the number of guests.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult to use the pool.

The sun beds and chairs at the rooftop swimming pool may be used free of charge. Life vests may only be rented for children. All swim tubes, flippers, and similar items are prohibited, with the exception of arm floats, neck floats, and life vests for children.

There is no swimsuit store in the hotel. Please wear your own swimsuit. Other swim supplies, such as swim caps, baseball caps, and slippers, may be purchased at the convenience store on the first floor.
