Inquiries about staying at the hotel

L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE can store luggage at the front desk on the third floor for guests staying at the hotel.
A parcel service is not available for luggage items. Parcels can only be mailed in boxes.
When sending parcels, you must write down the reservation number and the name on the reservation so they can be stored. If this information cannot be found, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE does not currently operate shuttles. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Check-in at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (11:00 AM in July and August).

The In & Out desk is located on the third floor. Starting at 2:00 PM, you can use mobile check-in or a kiosk for faster service. If no additional payments are required, guests can use mobile check-out or drop their room key in the express check-out box on the first floor for a quicker check-out experience.

The self-service luggage storage at L7 HAEUNDAE is located next to the elevator on the third floor. You can store your luggage free of charge before or after check-in. If you wish to store your belongings for 3 nights or more, please speak to the front desk.

The discounted parking rate for hotel guests is KRW 5,000 per night. We will issue you a parking barcode at check-in. When exiting your vehicle, you must make your payment first at the payment kiosk next to the parking lot elevator in order to receive the discount. After prepaying, the discounted rate will apply until check-out and you may park and exit with your vehicle at any time.

The rooftop pool is located on the 19th floor and includes an all-season spa pool.
This free amenity is exclusively for hotel guests. (In July and August, the pool can only be accessed by guests who have purchased a pool package.)
There are three time slots during regular season, and four time slots during peak season. The last time slot is for adults only.
The pool will be closed for regular maintenance once a month (second Monday of the month), and the last time slot may be used by all guests accompanied by children.

The Wi-Fi name is “L7 HAEUNDAE”. No password is required.

All rooms at L7 HAEUNDAE have a smart TV. You can use the phone mirroring feature or log in with your ID and password to use streaming services. Please remember to log out before check-out.

Pets are not permitted in the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The MAXI BAR vending machine is next to the elevator on the third floor. You can purchase simple beverages and snacks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

The laundry room is on the fifth floor (cash only). Wash cycle: KRW 5,000, Dryer: KRW 5,000, Detergent and fabric softener: KRW 1,000 each You can purchase detergent and fabric softener. There are three washing machines and three dryers. If you wish to use the hotel laundry service instead of the coin laundry, please contact the front desk.

The hotel has two wheelchairs and two strollers. If you wish to rent these items, please contact the front desk.

A 7-Eleven convenience store is open 24 hours a day, it is located on the first floor of the hotel.

The currency exchange machine is on the third floor.

One bottle of water is provided per guest per day. If you need more water, please use the ice and water purifier in front of room No. 9 on each floor.
Wine glasses, ice buckets, and disposable utensils are available in the guest pantry on the third floor.
