L7 HONGDAE offers storage at the help desk on the 21st floor exclusively for hotel guests.
Parcel service is not available for luggage items. Parcels can only be mailed in boxes.
Please make sure to write the name on the reservation, the reservation number, and other information when mailing the parcel.
L7 HONGDAE does not currently operate shuttles. We apologize for the inconvenience.
L7 HONGDAE check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is up to 12:00 PM.

Internet and Wi-Fi are available in your hotel room free of charge, by connecting to “L7 HONGDAE”. No password is required. (If you require an ethernet cable, you can rent one from the help desk.)

The MAXI BAR vending machine is located at the lounge on the 21st floor.
There is a laundry room for hotel guests on the fifth floor. Coins are required to use the washing machines and dryers.

(There is a CU convenience store located 2 minutes away on foot, turn right at the main gate. Another CU convenience store is located 2 minutes away on foot, turn right at the back gate.)
A currency exchange machine (WOW PASS) is available at the lounge on the 21st floor.
Payment is not required if you prepaid for your reservation on the reservation website.
If you selected to pay on-site during your reservation, full payment for your stay is required at check-in to receive access to your room.
The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
Yes, there are rooms available. Please contact the reservation office for access.
Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.

If the lights won’t turn on after you inserted your card key into the wall in the room,
the department in charge will come to your room to check on the issue.
You can use the phone in your room. Please note that any charges for external calls must be settled at the front desk upon check-out.

If you are staying two nights or more, the department in charge will clean your room. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, please contact the front desk or activate the DND button in your room.

The meeting room is a 66㎡ multi-functional space equipped with a beam projector, electric projection screen and high-speed wired/wireless internet.
The meeting room is at the Blue Roof Lounge on the 21st floor.

The fitness center is only for hotel guests. It is located on the fifth floor.
The business center is only for hotel guests. It is located in the Blue Roof Lounge on the 21st floor.
(Equipped with two computers and a printer available at a charge.)
The rooftop pool, located on the 22nd floor, is accessible for adults only, and requires an additional fee for entry.
It is open to guests who purchase a swimming pool package or guests who purchase access during their stay.
The swimming pool will remain open in the event of light rain.
(However, the pool may be closed due to certain weather conditions, such as heavy rain or storms.)
The rooftop pool is only for adults and requires an additional fee for access. Minors cannot enter the pool even when accompanied by an adult.
The sun beds and chairs at the rooftop pool may be used for free. The cabanas may be used at a charge.

Please note that there is no swimsuit store. Please make sure to bring your own swimsuit.
