• If you cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, you will be subject to the following cancellation and refund policy.
• You will be charged a penalty if you cancel or change your reservation. The penalty will be calculated according to the cancellation policy.
• Same-day reservations may not be possible. Please make your reservation at least seven days in advance.
• You must present the voucher when you enter the studio. If you do not bring the voucher, you will not be able to receive the service.
• If you do not bring the voucher, you will not be able to change or cancel your reservation or get a refund.
• Room rates paid for a confirmed reservation cannot be partially refunded or applied retroactively.

• Eight days before check-in: Full refund
• One to seven days before check-in: No refunds
• Full refund if you cancel on the day of purchase
• If you do not use the reserved room (no-show) or cancel on the day of check-in, you will be subject to a 100% penalty.
• If you are unable to arrive in time for your reservation due to a natural disaster or accident, please contact us and provide the relevant verification or documentation to receive a 100% refund.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, your personal color analysis reservation will be canceled automatically, and no refunds will be issued.
