Online purchase
Buying lift tickets online is cheaper than buying them at ski resorts and saves time by not having to queue for lift tickets at automated ticketing machines.
How to exchange lift tickets
1. purchase an ARAI MOUNTAIN RESORT lift ticket on the below online purchase page.
* The age limit for purchasing lift tickets is 7-59 years old.
* Please check the validity period at the time of purchase.
2. hold the QR code of your e-voucher over the exchange machine to receive your ticket.
Exchange machine location:
- P1 Day Parking Arcade (Arcade under Hoshizora Onsen)
- Arai Building B1 vending machine area
- Village Station 1F In front of the entrance
* If the QR code cannot be generated or the exchange machine cannot be used due to a problem, please visit the ski area counter.
* This is not a sightseeing lift ticket.
3. After exchanging your lift ticket, you can board the gondola/lift gate directly.
4. Please return the ticket when you have finished using the lift.
Notes
□ Notes on Lift Ticket Sales
- Lift tickets are free for children 6 years old and younger. However, a ticket must be issued at the Ticket Center.
* Please be aware that you will need to bring your child to the counter for identification when purchasing tickets.
- Those over 60 years old are required to present an ID card.
□ Refund Policy
- No refunds will be made due to customer's reasons.
- In the event that all gondolas and lifts are closed for the whole day due to bad weather, only tickets purchased on the day and unused lift tickets will be returned.
□Examples of ineligible for refund
- Refund requests due to personal reasons (injury, poor health, etc.)
- When even one gondola/lift is in operation
- When a guest has ridden the gondola/lift even once.
- Lift ticket attached to the accommodation plan
* We will check the history of ticket usage.
* Please note that any refund will not be applied in any case if you have ridden the gondola/lift.
