- We will call you to reserve your meal within 3 days after room reservation.
- Coffee or tea will be provided at the Boutique Bar after the meal.

- Operation hours: 06:00 am – 22:00 pm
- Fitness & Sauna : Entry is allowed from the age of 16.
- Swimming pool : Children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision.
※ All fitness facilities are closed on every last Wednesday of the month.

- All rates include 10% VAT and 10% service charge (21% in total).

- Cancellations and changes can be made by 18:00, 5 days before check-in. Late cancellations or changes incur a penalty fee equal to one-night's charge.
- Use of candles or any fire hazard is strongly prohibited.
- Applying adhesive materials such as glues, decals, stickers, or tapes inside the room is strongly prohibited. Please contact SIGNIEL Service in advance at +82-2-3213-1000 in case you plan to decorate the room for special occasions.
