To become a company that is well trusted by all stakeholders through ESG management, LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS has declared “Green hospitality for sustainable living” as our ESG management vision. Furthermore, we have set our strategic goal of “Achieving carbon neutrality by 2040”, and are implementing key tasks by sector in line with this goal. We have also established a company-wide ESG committee, as well as a dedicated ESG department for the practical implementation and dissemination of ESG management. In particular, we are actively taking the lead in “green” management and we held a ceremony with the Environment Ministry to sign an agreement for the implementation of carbon-neutral practices. We aim to become a sustainable hotel by directly and indirectly reducing carbon emissions and increasing energy efficiency by improving our internal management structure, further expanding eco-friendly investment, and establishing an environmental risk management system.

Of course, we won’t be able to tackle all of these challenges on our own.
