1. Discount vouchers in THE EXCLUSIVE HANOI cannot be combined with any other discount offers, promotions, or vouchers.
2. Membership is limited to individuals. Corporations are not eligible.
3. The membership card and vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue (no extension of validity date).
4. The membership card can only be used by the member, and cannot be lent, transferred, used as collateral or for any other purpose. (Only the coupon is transferable to another party)
5. A member must notify LOTTE HOTEL HANOI immediately when the issued membership card is lost, stolen, or damaged due to a fault on the member’s part. LOTTE HOTEL HANOI shall deliberate whether or not to reissue another card.
6. Vouchers issued to members cannot be reissued and are not redeemable for cash or other products. The validity period of the issued vouchers cannot be extended in any circumstances.
7. Member privileges provided by LOTTE HOTEL HANOI cannot be combined with any other discount or benefit.
8. LOTTE HOTEL HANOI reserves the right to forfeit membership rights or discontinue membership when:
• A member provides false information on the membership application form
• A member uses his or her membership card for any wrongful purpose
• A member violates the terms and conditions
9. If membership rights are forfeited and membership is terminated, the previously paid annual membership fee shall not be refunded.
10. LOTTE HOTEL HANOI reserves the right to change, add, or cancel any part of the membership card system and member benefits if deemed necessary. In addition, LOTTE HOTEL HANOI reserves the right to change, add, or cancel any part of the membership card system and member benefits if partners change partnership conditions unilaterally or a business crisis event arises such as discontinuance of operations, natural disaster, and unforeseeable hotel management circumstances.
