We can store your luggage after confirming your reservation number and name.

Unfortunately, we do not operate a shuttle.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please note that you must pick up your luggage by the end of the check-out date.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You can connect to it from your room. The ID is LotteCityHotel_Mapo with no password.

We do not allow pets to stay in the room with you.

There is no vending machine in the hotel, but there is a self-service 7-Eleven convenience store across from the front desk on the second floor.

Microwaves are not available for guest use.
If you bring baby food or special dietary items with you, please press the “SIGNIEL Service” button on the phone in your room. We will be happy to heat up your food and deliver it to you. (Available 24 hours)

We have a wheelchair and stroller available to borrow. However, we only have one of each, so we kindly ask that you call us to inquire if they are available to use.

A 7-Eleven convenience store is located across from the front desk on the second floor. There is also a LOTTE Supermarket on floor B1.

A currency exchange machine is available on the second floor.

The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.

Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Yes, there are rooms available. Please contact the reservation office for access.

Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.

Payment for accommodation is completed at check-in.

Rooms are assigned at check-in. If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to meet your request when assigning rooms.

Press the DIM button on the control panel in your room to adjust the lights.

The windows in the room cannot be opened for safety reasons.

If the payment method agreed when making the reservation was for payment at the hotel, then payment must be made at check-in.

To call another room, press 7 and dial the room number. For calls outside the hotel, press 9 and dial the phone number.

If you would like your room to be cleaned, press the Make up Room button in your room by 4:00 PM. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, press the Do Not Disturb button.

You may adjust the temperature using the controller on the wall of your room.

Superior Double rooms come equipped with a mini bar that can be used free of charge.

Parking in the parking lot is free during your stay. You can park up to two vehicles per room.

A dedicated hotel parking lot is located on floor B4. Drive in with your car at the front of the hotel.

It is open 24 hours a day and can accommodate up to 184 vehicles.

If the parking lot is not full, you can park free of charge from the morning of your check-in date until 3:00 PM on your check-out date.

It is open from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM every day. It is free for hotel guests. Workout clothes and shoes are not available to rent. Guests 16 years of age and under may not enter.

The Business Corner is to the right of the front desk on the second floor. It is open 24 hours a day. There are two desktop computers and a printer.

The meeting room is KRW 440,000 for four hours or KRW 770,000 for all-day use. You can make a reservation at the front desk.

It is open from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM every day. Break time is from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. If necessary, please ask the front desk for swimming pool floats.

We only have an indoor pool.

The swimming pool is only open to hotel guests and memberships are not available.

The admission fee is KRW 10,000 for guests aged 0 to elementary school, and KRW 20,000 for all guests above this age group.

Sun beds may be used free of charge. Life jackets are not available to rent.

There is no swimsuit shop in the hotel. Swim caps are available for sale at the convenience store on the second floor.
