Please write the hotel address [LOTTE HOTEL WORLD, 240 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul] with your name [same name as the person on the reservation] and the reservation number on your luggage.
Once your reservation is confirmed at the concierge desk on the 1st floor, your luggage will be stored and handed over to you upon check-in.

You can use Wi-Fi free of charge without an ID or password.

You can find them at the concierge. You can check the availability and rent them as needed.
Please note that strollers are only available for children under 36 months old.

There is a convenience store on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It is open year-round from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

The currency exchange is to the left of the kiosk opposite the front desk on the 1st floor.

You can take the K limousine bus (6705 A/B) from the bus station next to the Charlotte Theater at the rear exit of the hotel.

Guests can use the Wonder Door through the exclusive LOTTE WORLD entrance for hotel guests during their stay.
Only guests with an all-day pass to LOTTE WORLD provided by the hotel can re-enter through the Wonder Door once on that day.
Please note that you cannot enter or exit during a parade.

Please visit the front desk on the morning of your check-in date to confirm your reservation, then purchase and receive your LOTTE WORLD tickets in advance.
Only all-day passes are available for both adult and child hotel guests. Up to four tickets can be purchased per room.

We can recommend event companies upon request. However, please note that you may be charged a fee if the room becomes damaged as a result.

You can borrow an umbrella free of charge from the concierge desk in the event of rain.

The hotel does not provide or sell over-the-counter medicines due to the legal regulations on drugs.
Please bring such items with you, or ask our staff for directions to the nearest hospital or pharmacy.

You can walk to LOTTE WORLD MALL using the connecting underground passageway.

The hotel is a non-smoking building. You may smoke in the smoking area outside the hotel.

Yes, you can. Please note that you must pick up delivery food from the lobby on the 1st floor.

You can park on Levels B1 to B3 of the underground parking lot.
The underground parking is connected to the hotel, department store, Adventure, and ZETTAPLEX, and you can park in any available parking space.

You can use the valet parking service for a fee, which is charged separately.
Please be aware that apart from the hotel, parking fee support from the department store, Adventure, or market cannot be applied.

If your parking spot is far from the hotel, please use the shuttle.

The shuttle only operates on the B3 level parking from 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
After calling the shuttle, please wait and/or wave your hand when you see the shuttle to get on.

Parking is free during your stay.
When visiting the restaurants, parking will only be free for a limited time, for the duration of your visit or based on your purchase amount.
You can also combine the parking time provided by the department store, market, or Adventure.

The lake view and city view are available. If you would like a lake view, you may be charged an additional fee.

For reservations booked through the hotel, please call us by 6:00 PM two days before check-in to cancel or change your reservation. The cancellation and change policy may vary depending on the reservation conditions, so please make sure to check when making your reservation.

Minors are not permitted to stay at the hotel without a guardian, in accordance with the Juvenile Protection Act and other relevant laws.
Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by a legal representative to stay at the hotel. Identification may be requested at check-in for age verification.

You can store your luggage at the concierge on the day of your stay.

You can use the thermostat on the wall.
Press the ON button and set the temperature, and the air conditioner/heater will work automatically to reach the desired temperature.

As per hotel policy, all lost and found items are disposed of after six months in storage.
Food and beverage items are disposed of after 24 hours in storage.

The extra bed is a single bed. You may add up to one extra bed to a double room.
Additional charges will apply, and regular bedding cannot be provided additionally.
Hansil bedding is designed for one person and can be provided at an additional fee, exclusively for the Ondol room.

Hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and towels are provided in the room.
Disposable toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving gel) are not provided, in accordance with our environmental protection policy. You can purchase these items from the mini bar in your room.

Room service is available 24 hours.

Utensils such as forks, dishes, champagne glasses and coolers, ice, etc. are provided free of charge upon request.

You can make a reservation for hotel restaurants if there are available seats. For some restaurants, you can make a reservation through the concierge.

Yes, you can visit the restaurants without a reservation, but we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure you get your preferred seat.

Guests aged 14 (middle school) or older can use the sauna.
Hotel guests can enjoy 50% off the admission fee.

Guests aged 18 (high school) or older can enter. Hotel guests may enter free of charge.
You can borrow workout clothes, socks, and shoes upon request.

All ages can enter from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

A swimming cap is required to enter the swimming pool. You can rent one upon request.
Swimming tubes, flippers, and other swimming accessories are not permitted.
Lockers and showers are available at the swimming pool. We recommend changing at the fitness center.

Swimming tubes are not permitted. However, neck or arm floats are permitted for babies and toddlers.

There are 6-person and 12-person meeting rooms on the 28th floor.
There is an hourly charge, you can make reservations through the front desk (Club Lounge).
There is a workstation on the 28th floor. You can also print or copy a few documents at the waiting lounge on the 1st floor.
