Terms & Conditions

  • To earn frequent flyer miles, present your frequent flyer program membership card at the Front Desk.
  • Mileage accumulation takes up to 2 months after check-out.
  • If you check-in again at the same hotel within 24 hours after check-in, it will not be considered a qualifying stay.
  • Lotte Hotel Rewards and airline miles cannot be awarded at the same time.
