Following the success of our “Love is in the Air” menu, we are delighted to introduce Volume 2, a special dining experience crafted just for couples.
This four-course menu is designed to take diners through the different stages of a love story, with each dish representing a meaningful chapter.
CHAPTER 1: FIRST ENCOUNTER – APPETIZER
A delicate beginning unfolds with “Foie Gras Terrine with Pistachio crumble, Apple Confit and Red Wine Jelly”. Just like the spark of a first glance, this elegant combination awakens the senses and sets the stage for a romantic journey.
CHAPTER 2: PURE HAPPINESS – SOUP
Following the appetizer, “Creamy Mushroom and Chestnut Soup” continues the journey with its comforting and rich flavors, reminiscent of the warmth and joy found in love. The velvety texture and delicate balance create a sense of tenderness and affection.
