LOTTE ARAI RESORT has been asking for your cooperation in wearing masks when using our facilities from 2020 onward in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

In accordance with the recent government policy, we would like to ask our guests to make their own decision regarding the wearing of masks after March 13, 2023. We ask for your consideration in respecting the independent judgment of each other as well.

　For staff working indoors, we will continue to take precautionary measures such as wearing masks, and hand sanitizing, while keeping a close eye on government policies and trends in the infection situation.
However, as a general rule, our outdoor activity staff will continue to work without wearing masks.
