The Zendana Station at the end of the gondola has a VIP room ideal for business and events.
These rooms are ideal for business and seminars with views reminiscent of the European Alps.
The rooms offer a relaxing view of the Echigo Plain and the Myoko Mountain Range, creating an extraordinary atmosphere for a special time.

[ Remarks ]

1. regarding the use of the VIP room
- Reservations are required to use the Executive Lounge.
* Please book at least two days before the date of use.
- Reservations are required for guests staying in the Lodge and Club buildings.
- We will inform you how to use the Executive Lounge when you check in.
- The Executive Lounge is open during the snow season (December to the end of March).
- The Executive Lounge may not be available when the gondolas and lifts are closed due to weather conditions.

2. precautions for room use
- Smoking is not permitted in the Executive Lounge. No shoes are allowed inside the room.
- In case of damage to the room fixtures, you will be charged for the actual cost of repair.
- No alcohol or beverages are allowed in the room.

3. changes and cancellations
- Changes in the number of people or the date are not accepted except in some cases.
- Reservations will be cancelled 30 minutes after the scheduled time of use without prior notice.
- Please call the hotel to inform us of any changes or cancellations.
- Reservations must be cancelled by 15:00 the day before.
Cancellations made after 15:00 will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
