The IKON PASS is the world's premier season pass linking winter resorts owned and managed
by Alterra Mountain Company (headquartered in Colorado, U.S.A.) and its partner resorts.
It allows you to visit 50+ ski resorts around the world. This is the second resort in Japan to join the IKON PASS program, following Niseko (Hokkaido).
Ikon Pass is available in three types of season passes to suit your skill level and other requirements.

FAQ
Please bring your Ikon Pass to the Information (Village Station 1F).
We will issue a multi-day lift ticket that can be used at LOTTE ARAI RESORT
according to the number of days of use.
( For IKON PASS, please present your Pass card at the information desk when you are issued a lift ticket)
*You will receive an economy class lift ticket, but you can upgrade to first class for an additional charge of ￥2,000.
*Please note that night skiing is not available.

| Arai Resort Lift ticket | Ikon Pass holders may use their pass as a 5-day or 7-day pass at ARAI RESORT up to the maximum limit, counting only the number of days actually used during the current season. You may use all the days in a row during the season, or you may divide it into several times for each day. There are no blackout dates at ARAI RESORT, and the resort is open anytime during the 22-23 season. (ARAI RESORT's Scheduled dates for the 22-23 season：Dec 17, 2022~May 14, 2023). Use of privileges is limited to the purchaser of each type of pass. |
| 10% off rental usage | Ikon Pass holders can be presented at the rental or with a 10% off rental ticket issued at the Information desk. Discounts are available only to PASS purchasers. |
You must present your valid Ikon Pass in person at the local counter to exchange it for a lift ticket.
Please note that this cannot be done in advance.

Shuttle Bus
For your convenience, we operate a free Shuttle Bus service (Booking system)
at ARAI RESORT ↔ Joetsu Myoko Station (West Exit).
* This is a free Shuttle Bus service only for hotel visitors and guests.
Please make a reservation in advance when using it.
* Please board at the west exit of Myoko Joetsu Station.
