First Class Lift Tickets
Limited quantity available per day!
Faster start time than Economy Class!
First class tickets are available from 8:00 a.m. during business hours.
* Boarding start time is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
There is a gate (automatic ticket gate) exclusively for First Class, so priority boarding is possible!
( Arai Gondola, Zendana Lift, Kokenashi Lift)
Unparalleled snowfall and the largest free-riding zone in Japan.
ARAI MOUNTAIN RESORT's First Class Lift Ticket is a priority boarding ticket for lifts and gondolas so that skiers and snowboarders from all over the world can enjoy the best of ARAI to the fullest.
It greatly increases your chances of drawing first morning tracks in no-track powder or on pressured slopes.
Upgrade from Economy Class to First Class is also available for an additional fee.
Per day, 19 years old and older: ¥2,000 / under 18 years old: ¥1,000 ( common price for all season )
* First class passengers under 6 years old will be upgraded by ¥1,000 per day.
* For 2-day tickets and above, upgrades are only available for the entire itinerary, not for single day upgrades.
* To ensure that all customers are satisfied with the service, we will limit the number of First Class tickets sold per day.

Notes
□ Notes on Lift Ticket Sales
- Lift tickets are free for children 6 years old and younger. However, a ticket must be issued at the Ticket Center.
* Please be aware that you will need to bring your child to the counter for identification when purchasing tickets.
- Those over 60 years old are required to present an ID card.
□ Refund Policy
- No refunds will be made due to customer's reasons.
- In the event that all gondolas and lifts are closed for the whole day due to bad weather, only tickets purchased on the day and unused lift tickets will be returned.
□Examples of ineligible for refund
- Refund requests due to personal reasons (injury, poor health, etc.)
- When even one gondola/lift is in operation
- When a guest has ridden the gondola/lift even once.
- Lift ticket attached to the accommodation plan
* We will check the history of ticket usage.
* Please note that any refund will not be applied in any case if you have ridden the gondola/lift.
