※ If, and only if, when all Gondolas and Lifts are declared closed for the whole, or rest of , the day (due to severe weather conditions, mechanical issues, etc) tickets purchased on the day and unused lift tickets are eligible for a refund.

- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- The free shuttle bus from Joetsu Myoko Station is available by reservation only. Reservations can be made until 7:00 a.m. on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
- We may also call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the resort if you will be late for check-in time.
