[User Guidance]
※The Adventure Pass can be used before check-in or after check-out.
※Please pick up your Adventure Pass at the Information Center in the Village Station.
※Please come to the Information Center even if you wish to use it before check-in.
※Numbered tickets (issued on the day of use) are required for the Playground and Tree Adventure.
※Please note that not all adventures may be available depending on congestion and reception hours.
※In the event that the outdoor adventure is inoperable due to inclement weather, the indoor playground will be available. Please note that no refunds will be made.
※Socks must be worn when using the playground. Please note that socks are not available for rent.
[Usage restrictions]
※Under 4 years old / Height under 100cm / Weight over 100kg
※Children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
※Elderly guests are subject to the guide's decision based on their health condition.
※If you are unable to wear a harness, helmet, or other equipment in a safe condition,
you may not be allowed to use the tour even if you meet the above criteria.

The water of the Hoshizora Onsen springs up from a depth of 1,750 m, is low-alkaline and contains various natural minerals considered to enhance beauty.

Notes
- Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out is 11:00.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- The free shuttle bus from Joetsu-Myoko Station is available but seat reservations are necessary. Reservations can be made until 07:00 on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
- The hotel can also call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the hotel if you happen to be arriving late, as reservations may be canceled by the system once past the check-in time.
- An additional 500 Yen shall be charged when using the Onsen after check-out.
