Hoshizora Onsen Open-air Bath
The water of the Hoshizora Onsen springs up from a depth of 1,750 m, is low-alkaline and contains various natural minerals considered to enhance beauty.
All these factors come together to make bathing in the Onsen an exquisite relaxing experience.

・Guests staying in the Lodge Building should use the indoor parking lot next to the Lodge Building Rotary.
・Guests staying in the Arai Building should use the Arai Building Parking Lot P2.

[Shuttle Bus]
Shuttle bus service is by reservation only.
Please check the shuttle bus schedule on the shuttle bus page below.
Please make reservations by 07:00 on the day of your visit.

※If you are staying in a Superior Type and Character Room, please make a reservation from/to Arai Building.
※If you are staying in a deluxe Type and suite, please make your reservation at the lodge building.

  • Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
  • Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
  • The free shuttle bus from Joetsu Myoko Station is available by reservation only. Reservations can be made until 07:00 on the day of use.
  • Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
  • A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
  • The hotel can also call you to confirm your reservation.
  • Please contact the hotel if it's too late because it may be canceled after the check-in time.
