Note
- Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- Prior seating reservations are needed for the free shuttle bus from Joetsu-Myoko Station Reservations can be made until 07:00 on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available for those up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, please inform us in advance if needed.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests at, and over 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, there will be no need to pay for the hot spring tax.
- We may call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the resort if you will be late for check-in time.
